At 24, I didn't wait for someone to give me permission to "become something" - I just started running. Electrical engineering, philosophy, art history? All exciting, but not fast enough for my urge to create things. So I built a sales organization that had 100 people after two years. We won every sales award imaginable - and yes, we celebrated.

After five years, it was time for the next level: I joined one of the largest corporations as a trainer and coach, first training sales and later developing managers. Sales psychology, behavioral seminars, leadership - I wanted to know what makes people tick, how teams work and what makes for real performance.

Then came the next adventure: my own brokerage company. I applied what I had learned, optimized it and scaled it - with incredible success. After five years, I sold my shares and treated myself to a year in India. New perspectives, new ideas.

India didn't just give me new perspectives - it changed me. There I learned a completely different way of looking at the world: a deeper connection to nature, the cosmos and everything that moves between heaven and earth, even if it isn't always visible. I brought this wisdom back to Europe and integrated it into my future projects. Because true change doesn't just start with strategy, but also with the right attitude.

Back in Germany, a friend asked me: "How did you find the right people back then?" Good question! So I started recruiting the best employees for companies and developing managers. This became my own company - with psychological diagnostic tools, assessments and everything you need to identify real talent.

But standing still isn't my thing. In 2016, I smelled the next big trend: online business. That's where I met Viktor - a tech genius. I brought sales and marketing, he brought the technological know-how. Today we have a strong team that helps companies make money automatically and while they sleep.

But one thing runs through everything I do: enabling change. People want to change, but often fail to implement it. I have made it my mission to make exactly that easier - with the right methods, structures and a good dose of drive. Because change shouldn't be difficult - it should just happen.

What drives me? I love making things possible. Success is not a coincidence, but the result of a system, courage and the irrepressible will to always get a little better. And that's exactly what I bring with me - no matter where the journey takes me.
